Russian forces have continued striking Ukrainian data centers and office buildings. Attacks in Kyiv damaged Datagroup’s facility and shut down a Cosmonova center, disrupting television broadcasts and internet access. On September 28, a strike set a National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine building on fire, killing one person and injuring three. Russia’s Defense Ministry said the centers process intelligence for Ukraine’s armed forces and called the strikes a “mandatory” digital detox.
