Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces told The Wall Street Journal that Russian authorities offered a $20 million reward through criminal networks across the former Soviet Union for information leading to commander Robert “Magyar” Brovdi. Brovdi said drone units caused roughly a third of Russian battlefield casualties over the past year, prompting him and his troops to tighten security.
