Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Dmitry Lyubinsky said further German steps against the Russian House in Berlin should be expected and that Moscow considers any action possible. He called the situation nearly absurd, if not outright madness. Germany had announced the end of Russian House operations and the closure of Russia’s consulate general in Bonn.
