Russia’s Finance Ministry says it has paid 8.6 billion rubles, equivalent to $102 million, in coupon obligations on Eurobonds maturing in 2035. The payment agent, the National Settlement Depository, received the funds under a Russian decree establishing a temporary procedure for servicing state debt owed to residents and foreign creditors.
