SocietyKyiv Independent community funds 26 drone detectors for front-line journalists

The Kyiv Independent community raised more than $24,000 through a World Press Freedom Day online-store campaign, allowing the Institute of Mass Information to buy 26 drone detectors for independent regional journalists working near Ukraine’s front line. The devices provide early warning of approaching drones, giving reporters time to seek cover.
