Irkutsk Aviation Plant Director Andrey Soinov said the facility currently has capacity for 36 MC-21 aircraft a year, although production bottlenecks remain. An investment program to add machinery and equipment will be carried out from 2027 to 2029, while output is not expected to exceed 36 aircraft annually in the near term.
