The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank plans to double annual financing to about US$20 billion by 2030 as the Beijing-based multilateral lender enters its second decade. President Zou Jiayi announced the target at the bank’s 11th annual meeting in Doha, saying member economies had consistently called for more funding for infrastructure projects.
