A Kyiv International Institute of Sociology poll found that 72% of Ukrainians surveyed believe Volodymyr Zelensky bears personal responsibility for corrupt practices involving members of his inner circle. Twenty-five percent disagreed and 3% were undecided. The telephone survey questioned 1,002 adults from September 12 to 21.
