Northern Ireland’s Protestant, pro-British Orange Order was allowed to march through Garvaghy Road in mainly Catholic and nationalist Portadown for the first time since 1997. Around 2,000 people gathered in a counterprotest, while First Minister Michelle O’Neill called the march “unwanted” and “sectarian.”
