A pair of giant pandas left Chengdu in southwest China’s Sichuan Province for Zoo Atlanta on a chartered flight at 2:55 a.m. Sunday. Ping Ping and Fu Shuang will spend 10 years at the U.S. zoo, following a farewell ceremony at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding.
