Kirill Dmitriev, a special envoy to Russia’s president and head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, said Russia and Germany could jointly restart the Nord Stream gas pipeline after its sabotage. He endorsed AfD co-chair Tino Chrupalla’s call for an international investigation and the repair and reopening of Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2.
