WorldLavrov: Ukraine solely responsible for all damage to Black Sea shipping

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Ukraine bears sole responsibility for damage to shipping in the Black Sea, including losses involving Western commercial companies. He attributed all damage to commercial shipping to what he called Ukrainian “terrorist attacks,” also citing the Caspian Sea and the Caspian Pipeline Consortium.
