Interim Venezuelan President Delcy Rodriguez went to New York for the U.N. General Assembly seeking business agreements on debt, energy and mining. The visit was also meant to show that the formerly sanctioned country was open for business after U.S. forces removed her predecessor in January, but she returned without a deal or a set election date.
