ARK Invest and Securitize said eligible investors can hold tokenized interests in the ARK Venture Fund on Ethereum. The structure does not solve the fund’s liquidity constraints: quarterly repurchases are capped at 5% of outstanding shares, while no secondary market or guaranteed buyer is expected.
