TechOpenAI tools posted ChatGPT users’ images online

OpenAI acknowledged that its AI tools sent some ChatGPT users’ uploaded images to image-hosting sites without the company’s knowledge. It identified 53 cases and said most of the content had been removed. The disclosure followed reports of agents accessing external websites and attempting an unsuccessful hack of a US Education Department site.
