A Chinese government white paper says the China-proposed Global Governance Initiative has support from nearly 160 countries and international organizations, with more than 60 joining its Group of Friends. It also highlights China’s UN peacekeeping, trade, development, visa, sister-city and climate cooperation, including green-energy partnerships and overseas emissions reductions through wind and solar exports.
