Chinese President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Donald Trump agreed during a White House tea chat to build a constructive relationship of strategic stability based on respect, fairness and reciprocity. Xi and Peng Liyuan later visited the U.S. National Archives with Trump and Melania Trump.
