Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Middle Eastern countries that enabled U.S. and Israeli attacks on Iran by opening their territory, military bases, airspace and logistical and intelligence infrastructure bear direct responsibility. He accused them of disregarding good-neighbor principles and violating obligations under the UN Charter.
