Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said ahead of talks with Kuwaiti counterpart Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah that Moscow and Kuwait had always enjoyed good relations. He expressed hope that the ties would continue, saying cooperation was in both countries’ interests.
