Vladimir Putin said proposals for resolving the Ukrainian crisis remain on the table, but Russia will consider them carefully and decide based on its own interests, including whether to resume negotiations. He also said more than 1,600 Ukrainian drones approached the Moscow area during the September 19–20 election night and accused Kyiv of attacking polling stations and election officials’ homes.
