Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko said South Korea has quite a few supporters of normalizing political dialogue with Moscow and restoring trade and economic cooperation. He added that relations would be difficult to improve unless Seoul refused to participate in the collective West’s sanctions policy against Russia.
