Russia has held its first State Duma election since the full-scale war began. Preliminary results give United Russia more than three-quarters of the chamber. Meduza’s review of projected lawmakers found 148 people—about one-third of the Duma—with clear, publicly traceable ties to the war, including combat service, financing, or support infrastructure. Some are accused of war crimes.
