Russia is urging the creation of international legal instruments to prevent and peacefully resolve interstate conflicts in the information space, Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Alimov said. He added that Moscow plans to complete ratification of the UN Convention against Cybercrime as soon as possible and called on more countries to join and expand negotiations on its scope.
