The EU agreed on Sept. 24 to sanction Xenia Fedorova, the former head of RT France, accusing her of spreading pro-Russian narratives and supporting Moscow’s hybrid war against Europe. Her European assets will be frozen, and EU citizens and companies will be barred from providing her funds or economic resources.
