EconomyBank of Russia to consult potential NSPK buyers in October
The Bank of Russia is actively discussing the sale of a fairly large stake in the National Payment Card System and plans to begin consultations with potential buyers in October, Governor Elvira Nabiullina said. VTB says it is ready to purchase a 5% stake.
