Russia’s Permanent Representative to the OSCE, Dmitry Polyansky, said a report alleging that Kyiv staged and falsified events in Bucha would soon be circulated within the organization. He said it cites cases in which military personnel, people who died elsewhere and elderly people who died of illness were listed on a Bucha memorial as civilians allegedly killed by Russia.
