A NATO Bombardier ARTEMIS II reconnaissance aircraft took off from its base at Romania’s Constanta airfield and was seen flying over neutral waters in the southern Black Sea. An EU air traffic control source said it was expected to follow a west-to-east route and return without entering coastal countries’ airspace.
