WorldPakistan says it launches air strikes on Afghanistan after drone attacks

Pakistan says it struck 10 locations in Afghanistan used to store and launch drones, some of which were involved in cross-border attacks. The Khost governor’s office reported no casualties in the southeastern province. Tensions have worsened as Islamabad accuses Kabul of sheltering fighters, while the Taliban government rejects the claim. The escalation threatens mediation efforts by China, Turkey, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
