MoonPay has agreed to acquire North Capital Investment Technology, subject to regulatory approval and other closing conditions. If completed, North Capital and its PPEX alternative trading system would join MoonPay, but the companies have not disclosed whether customers will gain access to private-securities trading, under what terms or when.
