With office vacancies in Kowloon East still high, the Planning Department has said it has no objection to a request to convert a commercial project to residential use. A consortium involving CSI Properties, Asia Standard International and property tycoon Cheung Chung-kiu has applied to rezone the Harbourside HQ office building at 8 Lam Chak Street, Kowloon Bay.
