TechMeta Connect 2026: The 7 biggest announcements

Meta unveiled several wearables at its annual Connect event, led by lightweight Meta VR Glasses tethered to a pocket-sized computing puck. The $1,299 glasses are due in spring 2027 and support the Meta Quest app catalog, Xbox Cloud Gaming, external displays, immersive sports, and 3D movies. Meta also introduced camera-free Ray-Ban Meta Audio glasses, an updated Gen 3 model, and new AI and style options.
