WorldLavrov begins talks with OSCE secretary-general
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has opened talks with OSCE Secretary-General Feridun Sinirlioglu. The closed-door meeting is taking place at UN Headquarters. Earlier, Lavrov met with the UN secretary of state and the foreign ministers of Cuba, Syria and Egypt, along with the president of the UN General Assembly’s 81st session.
