Russia’s Supreme Court has drafted jury-trial reforms that would reduce juries to four members and let a professional judge enter deliberations to clarify issues during voting. Judge Sergei Zelenin said the changes would streamline proceedings. The plan would also allow willing, healthy people over 65 to serve and simplify jury selection.
