Russia will continue seeking proceedings over what it calls the United States’ continued violations of its obligations as host country of the UN headquarters, Foreign Ministry official Kirill Logvinov said. He accused the UN secretary-general of evading implementation of related General Assembly resolutions and provisions of the 1947 agreement. The United States has also repeatedly denied visas to members of the Russian delegation.
