Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha praised Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia for restoring national sanctions on Russian oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman after they were removed from the EU sanctions list. He urged other EU members to follow the Baltic states, saying the move shows that principles are not for sale.
