Russia welcomes stronger regional cooperation on biological security and is ready to deepen coordination among relevant agencies within the Commonwealth of Independent States, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said. He cited CIS bodies responsible for health care, disease control, plant quarantine and veterinary cooperation.
