TechXiaomi’s new 18 Pro phones improve on Samsung’s privacy display

Xiaomi launched the 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max in China with more flexible hardware-level privacy display features than Samsung’s Galaxy S26 Ultra. Both retain rear screens and add dual 200-megapixel cameras and new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chips. At least one model is confirmed for an international launch later this year.
