WorldICC convicts former CAR rebel commander of crimes against humanity

The International Criminal Court convicted former Seleka commander Mahamat Said Abdel Kani on four counts of crimes against humanity committed while he ran a detention center in Bangui in 2013. He was acquitted of three war-crimes charges. The sentence will come later and could be life imprisonment.
