ScienceChina identifies super-large copper-gold deposit

China says mineral exploration has made major breakthroughs this year, with newly identified resources at the Chating copper-gold deposit in Anhui and the Zhugongtang lead-zinc deposit in Guizhou now classified as super-large deposits. From January to August, nearly 70 million metric tons of recoverable oil reserves and 610 billion cubic meters of natural gas reserves were added.
