XRP Ledger validators have placed BatchV1_1 on a conditional path toward activation at 14:06:41 UTC on Sept. 29. A critical authorization flaw in the original Batch amendment was caught before mainnet and posed no risk to funds. The replacement adds stricter signer checks and replay protections, but client-side integration risks remain.
