Russia and Belarus will convene a high-level UN meeting on September 25 to formally launch work on drafting the Eurasian Charter of Diversity and Multipolarity in the 21st Century, Russian Foreign Ministry official Kirill Logvinov said. The initiative was first proposed at a 2023 Eurasian security conference in Minsk.
