TechRogue iPhone app escapes iOS sandbox to hijack $580,000 in USDT

Malicious versions of the Fomopeek iPhone app, distributed through Apple’s App Store, were linked to nearly $580,000 in stolen USDT. SlowMist and OKX researchers found that versions 1.1 and 1.2 contained modules capable of escaping iOS’s sandbox and accessing Keychain data and files from other apps, exposing private keys and credentials.
