PoliticsAnalyst says Moscow precinct results were rewritten after Russia’s State Duma election

Election analyst Ivan Shukshin said Moscow election commissions rewrote tally sheets on a large scale. At polling station No. 2700, he said United Russia’s original 21.5 percent was changed to 86.8 percent in the version entered into the Central Election Commission’s system. Boris Ovchinnikov alleged that ballots were moved into United Russia’s pile and that many tally sheets were completed without reference to the actual count. Estimates by Novaya Gazeta Europe and iStories put United Russia at 34–35 percent without fraud, compared with the official result of nearly 58 percent.
