Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will begin a packed schedule on September 23 during the high-level week of the UN General Assembly’s 81st session in New York and is due to address the gathering on September 26. Russia will emphasize multipolarity, equal Eurasian security, opposition to colonialism, financial reform, counterterrorism and disarmament. Lavrov is also scheduled to meet Marco Rubio, Aleksandar Vucic and Antonio Guterres, among others.
