The EU Council has decided not to renew anti-Russian sanctions against three individuals and one entity, while removing three deceased people from the sanctions list. Reuters earlier reported that, under pressure from France and Luxembourg, EU ambassadors agreed to lift sanctions on Russian businessmen Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman.
