EconomyBank of Russia cuts dollar rate for September 23 to 84.07 rubles

The Bank of Russia set the official dollar exchange rate for September 23 at 84.0657 rubles, down 2.97 kopecks from the previous rate. The euro rate rose to 96.5915 rubles, while the yuan rate fell to 12.5291 rubles.
