Volodymyr Zelensky met Donald Trump in New York on Sept. 22 to discuss Ukrainian ceasefire proposals and an end to Russia’s invasion. Zelensky said the talks covered a truce on attacks against energy infrastructure, winter support for Ukraine and Patriot production licenses. Kyiv is ready to accept an energy truce if Russia does the same.
