Russia’s non-resource, non-energy exports grew 8% in the first seven months of the year, First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov said. Industry and Trade Minister Anton Alikhanov said the exports exceeded 96 billion rubles ($1.14 billion), including 15.9 billion rubles from small and medium-sized businesses.
