TechAndreessen Horowitz launches no-homework academy with Palantir, Google, and Meta partnerships
Venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz is launching the Horowitz Andreessen Academy as a pathway for young people to build or join Silicon Valley startups. Backed by $42 million led by a16z and 10 technology partners, the free one-year program will offer short classes and company co-ops instead of degrees, grades, tests, or homework. It plans to admit 50 students in fall 2027.
