UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said at the 81st UN General Assembly’s general debate that lethal autonomous weapons are moving from science fiction into military reality as people increasingly transfer some power to machines. He said power is shifting toward new economic, political and technological centers and from governments to a small group of private corporations and individuals.
